Al dente Trattoria Toscana - A quaint cucina with a decidedly European atmosphere, has served Palm Springs and an international clientele for over 20 years.

Proprietor Kendra Riccio, General Manager Edgar Rodriguez and Executive Chef Oscar Cardenas present an extensive menu of beef, veal, pasta and fresh seafood entrées for lunch and dinner in a casual atmosphere. Located on historic Palm Canyon Drive, downtown in the Village of Palm Springs, within walking distance to major hotels and casinos.

A cozy patio with twinkling lights is great for people-watching. Everything is homemade with the freshest of ingredients beginning with flavorful antipasti, salads and a variety of soups. Your pasta course features an incredible array of sauces with a Tuscan flair, such as a simple Aglio e Olio - fresh garlic and olive oil - to the succulent Frutti di Mare - calamari, shrimp, clams and mussels in tomato sauce, or Quatro Formaggi, a four-cheese sauce to die for! Entrées are carefully prepared and beautifully presented with nightly specials to augment menu items, such as Pollo Funghi - chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms, Bistecca di Manzo - grilled steak, or Gamberone Griglia - jumbo shrimp on grill.
